The Agent and Ambassador officer is in charge of managing and attending to the needs of the agent and ambassador network of the company.
1. Must be able to assist and attend patiently to the needs of the agent and ambassador.
2. Must be willing to attend trainings to get better.
3. Should be available to work in shifts monday through sunday.'
4. Must speak English fluently plus two other Major Nigeria language (yoruba, igbo, hausa, pidgin) this is VERY Important.
5. Must be willing to learn and understand the products of the company properly.
6. Must be computer literate.
7. Must have basic social media knowledge and usage.
8. Must be able to patiently teach and explain to agents and ambassadors.
